I just went duck hunting with one of my friends and only ended up shooting a goose. Does anybody know the best way to prepare the meat?
Id roast it with some veggies a little water in a pan or glass dish and then get a baster to dump some juices on it halfway through.. can got wrong
breast it out and grill it. or pluck it, skin it and bake it. I like jerky from my goose meat, I jerk my meat (LOL) in the oven around 200
