There are a ton of wonderful things to do in Amsterdam. If you enjoy history, I'd recommend checking out the Amsterdams Historisch Museum or the Anne Frank House. Both are excellent experiences that you'll come out of feeling great. In addition to these historic locations, Amsterdam also features wonderful flea markets and bazaars. These are always a fun way to kill some time and perhaps come out with an awesome trinket for your troubles.

If you're an artsy fellow, you can check out the Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ. It's a breathtaking music venue where you'll find some wonderful groups playing year round. If you prefer your art on a canvas, the Jordaan district is full of amazing art galleries that could easily keep one occupied for a whole day. In addition to these paintings, street art that is equally mesmerizing can be found throughout Amsterdam; Studio Apart is a really cool "urban" art gallery. If you prefer pop or rock music, or you just want to go to a quick, cheap show, check out Paradiso.


If you like the outdoors, check out Vondelpark, there's a ton going on there; music, sports, picnics, (and oftentimes locals smoking cannabis in open air) can be found here. If you'd like to stroll through the beautiful park or just meet some locals to smoke with, Vondelpark is a great place to do it.

If you're a party kind of guy, Amsterdam can be vary accommodating. The infamous Red Light District is a fun place by itself. Amsterdam is also home to many amazing sex shops; some are even whole warehouses filled with deviant goodies. Whether you'd like to party the night away or just sword fight with dildos, the Red Light District is fun regardless.

This is only skimming the surface of the wonders this city has to offer. If there's something in particular you'd like to see, I'd highly recommend doing a little research; there's something for everybody to be found.

 

Maybe you can visit Madame Tussaud. it's a museum with wax statues of celibrities.
