    This NY Times article from 5/22/07 shows the devestation that the "War on Drugs" has. This time it's not the people hopelessly addicted to marijuana, nor the large numbers of Americans behind bars, the families of those behind bars. No, this article reflects the ravages of an entire country...Columbia...and the effect that this War is having.....

    I won't even begin to mention opium as the Taliban's major financial generator
