Hi guys I just currently moved to Stamford,CT and I am living near UCONN close to the downtown are. Having no connections I was pretty upset. Until I noticed my neignbor is a smoker. Now idk if wats hes smoking i just flavored tobacco or weed but it smell is driving me crazy. Idk wat to do or how to approach the guy. He seems very unwelcoming and seldoms talks
