Am I just paranoid?

    So, I was injured off the job last week and I'll be returning sometime this week depending on what the Dr says, can they drug test me for an off the job injury? I live in the south so im always paranoid about my private life being violated over stuff like this
    I haven't smoked since the injury just incase

    Depends on the laws of your state, but generally yes, they can drug test you for any reason

    To get worker's comp you will be tested. To keep working, man up and keep working.

    The injury was off work, so workmans comp wouldn't apply, sorry if the wording on my end was off
