I sprouted my first marijuana plant recently intending to grow it under 24 hr 600 W light, but the person keeping the plant for me is only willing to have it under lights for approximately 8 to 10 hours a day. im wondering if maybe i could put the plant outside in the sun from about 8am till 5 pm then keep in under lights in the evenings. its currently the off season winter period with most days around the 20 -25 degrees C and with relatively infrequent rain. does any know if the plant will be able to handle recieving light like this?
First off, I think having the lights on 247 does nothing but waist eletricty. I would put the light schedule 18 hours on 6 hours off. Also I don't know Cel so i would say if its from 70-85 degrees F you will be ok.
yes, you can transfer b/w outside and inside. Keep in mind that this will increase the likelihood of infestation to some degree.
