So earlier I got really high for the first time in like 3 weeks, and we went to eat at James cony and as I'm eating my mini corn dogs every time I swoloed (to Hugh to spell that correctly) it felt like it was gonna come back up and then I had a drink which then made me more sick, at one point I thought I was gonna have to go the bathroom and puke but I held my self together and took some deep breaths and it went away after a bit. I'm proud of myself for handling myself when I know and lot of people would have freaked out and done god knows what. But yeah I have a legit fear of throwing up, I'd rather go bungee jumping than throw up. And another thing, smoking out of pipes sucks... My lungs feel like they're lined with ash or something... I'll stick to my mflb.
