it has been 7 days. i removied some dirt they have root's but there not sprouting. can you get a refund if they don't sprout? Thanks. if they have roots how much longer will they sprout.
attitude will replace them but you cant say they wont germinate. you gotta tell them they were damaged and mail them back. but before you do this just add some heat to them just to make sure they are not viable
