I'm looking to upgrade the downstem in my Zob Wubbler and so far these are the 3 front runners. Leaning towards the Alex K, however the size I need is sold out. If anyone has any other suggestions I'm open to that too, size I need is 18/18 joints and 4.5 inches for length. The Alex K is probably the best. 2010 makes good shit too, but Alex has been making showerheads for so long that he's pretty much perfected it. All the vids I see of ppl with Alex K showerheads have crazy turbo bubbles going on...definitely churns up the water a lot more than a normal 6-slit downstem. Good luck!

Why? The Roor is so much better than the 2010 BC. he's talking about a Roor.de which was the benchmark until Alex K came along. I would take the Roor or even an EHLE diffy over 2010 any day. Still Alex wins though./
I own both an AlexK showerhead, as well as a RooR.De diffuser. I personally prefer the way the AlexK hits over the .De diffuser.
I had heard that alex was a bit infamous for uneven slits, non flame polished slits... I've never owned an alex k but can anyone shed some light on that matter?
I don't know where you've heard that, but every AlexK showerhead diffuser I've seen in person and online all look perfect with straight cuts that are VERY nicely flame polished.
I've had that RooR stem along with a few others. They are very fragile and the diffusion is uneven compared to the bc and Alex K. bcs and Alex ks are also nicer glass. I owned a bc one as well. MY EXPERIENCE. MY OPINION
I had heard from a BORO frequenter... That's why I decided to go with the LW 6arm. I don't know lmao, I assumed he was experienced and he probably was.
I've had nothing but creamy chambers with my .de diffuser, don't know what TheDank7's talking about. I haven't tried the 2010bc diffy before but I know the Alex K Showerhead does wonders aswell. I'd like to get an Alex K diffy soon for my ash catcher.
They are not nicer glass... that is not an opinion. It's just a falsehood. Everything ROOR.de makes is done with Schott... He's not sounding too experienced. SGW circ diffusers are the ones with unpolished slits.. maybe not all of them though. I've seen non-flame polished slits that cut into the water much better than polished. They just don't look as good. As far as even slits, Alex K is the best in the business. Everyone else is just fighting to keep up. The LW chugs a bit... not much but a little. Compared to the Alex K, the LK wilson sounds like an old school Harley when it diffuses and the Alex K sounds more like a jet engine.
How are the gmd and ssfg sh diffys compared to the alex k? I am going to order one from ssfg next week with a ice pinch slide for my 12 arm
Anyone seen one of these Totally grabbing one. SYN - Shower Head Downstem http://www.grasscity.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/302x/5e06319eda06f020e43594a9c230972d/A/L/ALT-2010-07-29-304_1_1_1_1_1_1.jpg
