Age Old Grow for clones?

My desire to grow organically has lead me to purchase Age Old Grow.
Now, I know that clones should be started at 1/4 strength and eased into full strength... but the instructions on Age Old Grow are sort of confusing.

There are a few different categories, requiring different amounts per gallon to use. Indoor flowering, vegetable, non flowering, grasses....

Any advice from anyone who uses it as to a generally acceptable amount to use would be from transplant to flower?
