Aeroponics plant spacing

    I plan on making an aeroponics system using a 14 gallon plastic tub. The dimensions are 24 in. L x 12.5 in. W x 16 in. H. I want to use (6) 3 inch net pots. The spacing between the pots will be 6-7 inches. Will this be enough spacing for my plants if i plan on letting them grow 2-3 ft?

    I would only put two pots in there, or three at the most.

    I would put 2. IMO get a longer but narrower container. Myself I'm using 6' tubes (22" diameter) with 5 plants per.
