That is early nutrient burn/lockout/ph issues. You see how your two leaves behind the front one in the pic are very ridged? That is indicative of too much food. If you haven't fed, it could be the soil is just hot either way it's not anything to majorly worry about, could you post your grow specs? Having the pertinent info like temp medium and watering and feed schedule would be handy in helping. I'm no expert but imo that's what you got going on. Appreciate it that sounds right I've overfeed on top of 1/2 fox farm soil 1/2 ocean forest. I'm just under a viperspectra 300
That'll do it bud! Lol no worries though she'll pull through fine! If you can find it grab some dolomite lime powder and glacial rock dust and mix 50/50 and top dress.
