Heyyo. Total noobie here. So recently, a nice fellow on here suggested me to the VapCap vaporizer, and I have read some very good things about it. I really want to order it, however, I live with my parents (I'm under 18.) and cannot have it shipped to my home. I already asked all of my friends and they wouldn't be able to have it shipped to their homes either. I really don't know what to do. Can y'all give me some guidance on what I should do please?
