Anyone know what they do to diagnose ADD? And how you get adderal. I've had ADD-like problems my whole life, but never went to a doctor or anything. My parents were really hands-off raising me. I dont want to take it regularly, just whenever I feel like I need it. Because things i really like doing like reading, playing instruments, and drawing have been getting harder and harder. I dont NEED it, seeing as I dont go to school or have a job, but i think it would help with depression a ton cuz I only get it bad when I'm bored(can't read/draw like im used to doing when im bored) Ive never taken adderal or anything like it. Personal experiences would be appreciated.
