I was arrested in Bayonne,NJ on October 25, 2008. I got charged with possession of marijuana(less then a gram). The last I smoked was Tuesday, 2 days before court, which was today. I was sentenced to 8-12 weeks of probation and urine testing every week. My question is, will I violate probation if the THC they find was from the smoked weed before I got probation and before the court date. I've been clean ever since and don't plan on smoking until this whole situation is over with. So, will it be a violation if the traces of THC they find in my urine was from days before I was put on probation and days before the court date?
I don't believe they have anyway of finding out when you last smoked. Depending on your thc levels will probably determine how long your on probabtion for. At least, that's what I've heard here in Iowa...
just tell them you haven't smoked since you got caught and claim it was from when you last smoked before you got arrested.
