I don't know if I should feel bad, it seemed pretty innocent like one of they're bikes were on the ground near them and shit, did i make a mistake? I was seriously convinced they were smoking a blunt. I could have sworn I saw the 2 guys in a headshop 10 minutes before I saw them at the spot.
