Very sad and very true. When you think about it neither are really at fault. They arent the dictators of the country. Its thousands of others that are making the decisions and are making things happen.

Bush didn't start the Afghanistan war and you could argue the Iraq war was simply a continuation of the gulf war. Sure, Bush AND congress used the high support to finish off Saddam. That's not the same thing as saying Bush somehow started a brand new war in Iraq all by himself. Its simply not a factual statement.
