hello people!

i am going to grow 5 little plants as a project to keep me occupied in the summer.

but as i have tried before and failed. i will keep this up to that about my steps taken to see if i do something wrong. (so if i do, please TELL me! )

i will start now:

1. receiving the seeds
2. putting them on tissue and humidify them.
http://imgbox.com/abvcVLcB
3. put another humidified tissue on top of it and something to cover it to make the greenhouse effect.
http://imgbox.com/abeJzi5i
4. putting it in the sun in a shoes box to help the greenhouse effect and be sure to keep the light out
http://imgbox.com/abbDkQSg
5. just waiting 48/72 hours by putting them in the sun.
too hot?

will update later!
thanks for notifying any errors i might have done.

6. after 48 hours, almost everyone was just like the big one here if not longer! (progress!)

7. now i will plant them using a kind of soil, specialy (according to the internet) used for cannabis plants, it's a "all mix from biobizz": http://imgbox.com/ackdtni5
here i make a little hole for the seed
http://imgbox.com/abslH7qO

8. here i plant him with the beginning of the root faced down.
http://imgbox.com/abvczLbh

9.put just enough soil on it as to not let sunlight through.
http://imgbox.com/adcKa3IF

10. moisten the soil.
http://imgbox.com/abkPeUqn

11. put it in a large bowl and put some foil on it as to encourage the greenhouse effect and make a few tiny holes to vent it a little.
http://imgbox.com/ackI9RnJ

12. put it in the bright sun until the plants start to come out.

48 hours later. success! we will call this S+0 (the first day they sprouted.)
2 out of 5 have come to the surface!
http://imgbox.com/acuZVfso

i have put them 3 hours in sunlight today and will be givving him one hour more every day for the next few days.
i took this one later on the day!

i have watered them thoughtfully as to make sure they won't dehydrate in the sun.

though i am worried about 1 of the 3 still left. i planted 2 much later so it's normal they haven't sprouted yet.
but i have 1 that was even planted 12 hours before these 2. there is still no sign. and the soil was very dry at the moment i re-gave him some water...
should i be worried about that one?

i will repost in about 30 to 48 hours.

the 2 that have sprouted are doing good.
but i have officialy declared the other ones dead. i believe that i shouldn't have put them in the sun when i planted them sins they were planted in the beginning of the day so got all the sun on them (too hot i think) and the ones who have sprouded were planted on the end of the day, still warm but not fried by the sun.
here are the brave survivors on there 7th day of living.

looking fine, though one looks like she does it much beter than the other. but i'm not too worried about that one.
so i have now changed one of the plant's her pot. i had one over from the others who had died so i transfered it to a bigger one. the other one will follow soon by one of the same size.
i have also added a little more dirt so they will hold firm later on, so they might look a bit less grown then they actually are.

sorry for the late update.
i have some good and terrible news.
one of the plants is dying and one has something i do not know.
this one is dying because of a little acident with the transplantation.
i looked in it a bit and it seems the transpotation went wrong and snapped the base a bit.
R.I.P

as for the other i dont know what she has. her leaves are slowely getting more and more dry even though i am giving it more water then i ever have now!

the good news is that i have bought two new ones and they are doing fine for now. they are 2 (later 3) ak-48 automatics.
here they are.

if anyone has any idea why my plant is drying out please tell me!

i now know the reason why the other one is dehydrating.
the roots are not deep at all. they were just underneath 3cm of soil and that's it.
i know that cause he started to fall down with the entire base still on it so i dug it up and saw the roots only 3cm deep.
and sins the soil above dyes out first...
i immidiattely got the plant out, dug deep and planted it again.
she is a bit hanging but she looks much better then last time.
and i cut the leaves that were already pas the point of recovery as to provide the other leaves with more.

the other ones are doing fine luckily, though i don't know why one grows faster thenm the other. they were all planted the same time and the same treatment.

soo... i believe the first one is pretty much dead, not doing anything....
it has not grown in days and is just doing nothing.

as for the others. the little one is now dead.
the middle one is seeming to grow slowly.
and the big one is growing rapidly.

here you go.

so it has been 3 days sins last update.
first one is still not showing singes of growth but the rest seem to be doing damn fine!
