A couple of questions about getting a card.

    I have a condition i believe called lumbago, i have random attacks of back-pain that really hurt. I went to a doctor a couple of years ago and he referred me to therapy. That helped a little but i still have random attacks, but i have not gone to the doctor since then. Would this qualify for a card, the MJ defiantly helps with the pain. So i would request my medical history from my current doctor right? Take those records to a specialist and show them my records, describe my problem etc..? Then pay and i would be able to receive a card? But the thing is i am under the insurance of my parents and would it show up that i have a medical card? I am 18, could pay the price and have what i believe to be a valid reason. What do you think?

    Nothing would show up on your parents' insurance. Nada. Zilch.

    Awesome, so really this card is independent of anything. That's good. The thing is my parents are big anti drug ones and also my grandparents. So even if i do i don't want them knowing until it is the right time.

    You're not alone, my parents and grandparents are extremely anti drugs. The best thing to let them know (when you are comfortable with it) that you are taking MJ for "Medical Purposes".

    My parents don't exactally like what I am doing, but it helps my depression as well as ADD. They have to accept that you are an adult and can make your own life choices. You are an adult, you can vote, get shot, killed for your country, smoke cannabis, (but not drink). Be confident, explain yourself and you'll be fine!

    Dude you could grab a card no problem. Most of my homies out here got their cards for such unlegitimate reasons with no proof or previous records... but a lot of those quacks are getting busted.
