Here is my first grow journal.. well actually its my second grow but my first grow didn't finish because my mom found out... My first grow was ww and I planted all 10 of my ww seeds. luckily I pollinated ( by putting pollen on my finger and rubbing it on the hairs lol) a female ( on purpose to get some ww seeds) unfortunately, only 3 seeds were actually mature. Strains: chronic nycd loj ww si feminized cheese Waikiki Queen Feminized Azura some random bagseed lights: 1000w MH lamp light cycle: 24/0 nutes: Miracle Grow water soluble all purpose plant food given 1/3 of recommended 1/2 tsp. hydro method: dwc/bubble ponics ( each container) 4x 14 inch air stones 15x plant slots I am thinking about doing scrog on this grow but I wouldn't know how to do it so im just doing a sog right now. if you guys have any ideas on how to do a scrog with my grow, let me know from germination to where it is right now it has been 5 days. let me label whats growing here ( looking at the 3rd picture that shows both containers) starting from the back : 010 524 556 784 223 789 066 789 033 749 key 0 = nothing ( any recommendations?) 1 = bag seed 2 = Strawberry ice feminized 3 = NYCD 4 = Cheese 5 = Waikiki Queen feminized 6 = chronic* 7 = light of jah 8 = white widow 9 = azura* * Somehow.. dont ask me how but when I ordered these seeds all of them came in with the correct name on them except number 6 ( chronic) and number 9( azura). They didn't have any writing symbols on them and I really don't know which one is which because neither of them had a label... azura is 60% indica and chronic is 100% indica ( im guessing) so whichever one grows taller than the other im labeling that one as azura and the shorter one chronic . temps: My room says its 73. I'm thinking this is a good temp for the plants because if I need it hotter, I could just close my grow room but I keep it open as it keeps the house warm . Here are day 5 pics. you may also notice that the bag seed net pot has a lot of plants growing in it. I did that on purpose as I have too many seeds already and wanted to make the grow a little interesting. If it starts taking over light from other plants I will either put it into a container by itself or... ask you guys what to do with it lol. cost to setup everything: $500 seed cost: My invisible friend took care of that why am I growing? Well since I am tired of buying dank week, I decided I should grow some. Weed usually lasts me long because I vape at low temps ( like 280-300ish because the normal 365 gets me coughing a LOT). I am also growing because I want to make some cannabutter and make some cookies, cakes , pies, spaghetti and lasagna to get people stoned. I really want to get my grand parents and there friends stoned... A little inside joke I have with myself
ahh, Some leaves are curling and some have little brown dots and turning yellow. Here are the pics. The seedling leaves on all of my plants look good but the new leaves are not looking too good. Here are some pics the plants that are getting like this. One leaf is deformed ( as seen in the first pic) but I'm guessing thats because of inbreeding. That only happens on my ww seeds I made with my last grow. 1st plant is the ww second plant is cheese My guess is it is boron def but I'm not sure.
ripped out that nycd because it was growing waaay too slow. even my bagseeds that I planted 3 days after are growing faster. it didn't even have its 2nd set of leaves out!
hey glad 2 c u didnt quit after mom busted ya try fish emulsion almost as cheap as MG buy its organic and almost impossible to burn with even @ full strength superthrive willhelp roots &shock
haha yeah, I couldn't let my mom stop me from this. its one of my main things I do in my life now school work weed growing I will try to get some more nutes whenever I can get to my local hydro or home depot. I just live too far away from them. day 7 those ww plants are doing pretty good there "5 leaves" are out
day 8 from germ and these roots are sick. here is some root porn for you root lovers out there... who says 24/0 cant give you a lot of roots
I'm still thinking about that right now. I really want to flower them as quick as possible to weed out the males and put them back in veg but I don't know how long I should veg until I do that... or if I should do it at all.
I wouldn't hazard attempting a re-veg. Keep vegging you plants, clone them, flower the clones, and destroy the males from the mother crop, and then take the female mothers to flower. There are good cloning guides in the forums and Rumpleforskin has a very detailed primer on building a clone machine for less than $50.
looked at some youtube vids and saw some guy "super cropping" so I decided to do it to my plants.. its probably too early to attempt t but oh well.. and here is some veg porn for my subs :0 day 11 from teh germ I found some pro bloom from botanicare hanging around in my house so I put some of that in the totes to see if that fixes the problem some leaves are having. I use to have a bottle of pro grow but I cant seem to find it. tallest plant is estimated 6 inches ( its taller than my 100 dollar bill so i give it 6 inches lol)
Day 13. I took some clones off some plants yesterday and have some pics. I took clones off of my 3 ww's , NYC and supernova. I have some mini clones I made as I couldn't find all of my rockwool. Not sure what im going to put the clones in for flowering as I dont have another room.. Any ideas? I can probably fit another hydro system in my grow room but I kind of need something to cover up the light so I could have half of my grow room for flowering and the other half for veg. I think im going to have a 100% clone rate for all my clones. Now thats a cheap clone station. You dont need that clone station people buy, all you need is a piece of rock wool and one of those cake tops, box, cfl, cfl socket and and soket plugin. and thats a 4 dollar cloner lol. I have been foliar feeding with the MG. 1/5 of the recommended plant food I use in my veg room. lighting : 24/0 in clone room and veg room. when the roots stay showing out of the rock wool I will move the clones into a 12/12 room.. Im still figuring that part out.. if u have any ideas let me know. I'm thinking about growing it in my veg room and throwing a huge black sheet thats unperceptive to light. im high so... lol oh yeah, I have been supercropping some of my ww's to get lower branches to become the top. it worked . the are both the exact same height. Basically supercropping is bending the main stock so that lower branches can receive as much light as the main top which turns the lower branches into main tops that get same light thus giving you moar weed.
nice setup if you put your clones in tubs like the ones you have get a extra and put it over the top of your clones that should do it
