I'm in California. Ordered a bubbler, 9 days later it still says preshipping. This is a little outside the typical waiting period isn't it? What's going on? I already contacted GC, no response yet. Just wanted to see if this was out of the ordinary.
sometimes, some glass blowerts deliver on infrequent basis, and therefore it takes some time longer, nothing out of the ordinary, expect to hear something from support today or tomorrow, due to easter and weekend some peoeple had time off since friday. SJ
