I recently bought a 65 watt Sylvania Spot-Gro bulb and I was wondering if it actually helped or if its just an incandescent bulb? To see it go to lowes.com Thanks in advance.
only one i saw was 75 watt but i doubt urs is any different.... its definitely only an incadescent (which most "spot grow" bulbs are) take it back and get a couple 42w CFL's (about $10 each)
hey i just bought some agrosun lights anyone ever hear of them? they seem pretty good. $19 from cali...let me know
Are you talking about the agrosun fluorescents or the MH agrosuns? If you are talking about the 48 inch fluorescents, you will need quite a few of them to get enough lumens for full grown plants, imo. But I don't have a lot of experience with fluorescents. General consensus is a minimum of 3-5 thousand lumens for a successful grow.
