Should I use a 600w or 1000w hps/mh light system in a 4x4 tent? I will have thirteen plants in there. I plan on keeping veg fairly short since I have so many. I am having trouble deciding . I plan on using a cool tube
That is what I was thinking. I read somewhere it is possible to bleach plants with to much light. Not sure on the validity of that but I am looking to order my lights today so I wanted to make sure.
600w give good coverage in 3x3 to 4x4 area . 1000w has a good coverage in 4x4 to 5x5 area . If you can manage the heat then go with 1000w , it will give you more yield . " bleaching" has no effect on the bud quality ....
