someone told me that before i should harvest i should leave my plants 4-5 days without water. is that true and if yes what is the benefit of doing this?
The idea behind it is that stress causes increases Thc production. By letting the plant dry out in theory may cause it to stress and give you that extra little % at the end. I pretty much do that, though only for convenience and to help minimize the potential for mold growth while they're hanging. I don't think you'll find any good study that shows that it helps or hurts, other than some stoner logic on the interwebs.
