400w envirolite(2x 200w) or 250w HPS

    Whichever is more in the red spectrum. Try to find out the color temperature.

    if the 400w environlite is 3000k color temp, those.


    the HPS is 3000k which is the color temp you need for flowering

    if the environlite is like a "cfl" i'd go with the HPS. 250w HPS will give way more penetration than 2x "200w" cfl's.
