Well I don't know if I'm going to change pots... I mean, I can't. Anyway for what I've read, this pots are good for plants up to 25 cms, which is the size I'm waiting for then to get to start flowering... Soil is a mix of organic ground for roses, perlite, and some boosters...
Well for your size you were asking about plants figure out how big of a pot they are in after they grow out and if there in a small pot you will get a small plant. The organisms ultimate goal is to survive and reproduce so infinitely growing in a area would be a disaster for it. Are they short for there age or tall? Really doesnt matter your stuck with the size they are. The only solution just about would be to repot them. If you cant do that then they most likely will remain that size and then when you hit flowering grow some more.
I can't mostly because I don't think I have enough space... I'm considering on getting those containers you mention... But I insist that I've read that this pot should be enough for the size of the plant I'm planning on getting...
Those plants most definatly need bigger pots for more root space otherwise they won't grow much bigger at all and a tip to help is to fill the pots to nthe brim with soil tho maximize root space
