3 weeks flowering and i hit wall

Hi all my 3 week old Amnesia haze ,has Yellow ish fan leaves ,i gave it a new pot as it has been producin mass of roots and Leafs .
I gave it a quarter strengh Baby Bio last night its under a 250 watt Hp'S with nice breeze from fan .
