hey all just got my second grow going. Im using recycled ffof with jiffy organic seedling mix and i threw in some aquarium gravel that i had from an old tank i had setup(lots of feces and dead stuff in it). i just transplanted to one gallon containers and will transplant again before i flip to 12/12. 16/8 light schedule. 1000w hps. they will be three weeks old on the third. sorry no pics yet till they're bigger. they just went under the hps, i had them in a small box under cfl's and they have developed nicely but i figured most of us know what they look like in those first few weeks hence no pics....sorry if i repeat myself its been a long day.
Thanks for all the replies I have a 600 watt hps light, I have a spare led light that is blue and red spectrum but I don't that is the correct spectrum for veg I'm going to get cfl light tomorrow and try it, hopefully that will do the trick
