orally(most efficient), or if you want, snort only ONE (inefficiency reasons) but yeah take either 1mg, save the other mg later day, or go big and do two (sometimes with me when I take another mg on top of a mg it isn't a big increase of buzz so saving it maybe an option, but I usually take 2mg when I can)
