Good looking lights but that is just a tray of clones. Doesn't really showcase the lights potential too much. Progress of planted veg plants in different weeks would be nice. Looks like he has his real veg plants under a t5ho fixture.

Meanwell ELG series drivers run at reduced output levels on 120 volts. It's why I've switched to running and recommending HLG series. Check the spec sheet. At 120 volts it's rated power is 149 watts. It's only 200 watts at 200-300vac. https://www.meanwell.com/Upload/PDF/ELG-200/ELG-200-SPEC.PDF The HLG drivers don't have that reduced output at 120 volts. You could use the HLG-185h-36a and it would put out more power then the ELG-200-26a at 120 volts.
