250 watt HPS Light question

    i bought a 250watt HPS super sun system at my local hydro store and i was wondering if u could use a 100 watt bulb in a 250 watts ballast system? thanx for the help.

    If it is built for a 250 watt bulb my guess is you should use a 250 watt bulb.

    i bought a 70 watt enclosed fixture at HomedePot and put a 150 in it and it been good for years .....changed out every year of course :bolt:
