100mg or more of what? Pure MDMA? How would you possibly know that's what is in the pill without a tester kit? Triple stack is a name given to pills that are larger than regular. People often assume this means the pill has more MDMA and is more powerful, but that is not the case. It just means you're getting a shit load more fillers.
