Well, im at it again. after last year and everybody HIRED got greedy i decided just to blow up my back yard. By the time the property owner, my partner who knew the property owner, my cousin who helped me watch for 1 month, and a couple more who helped trim. Out of 26 lbs that was left after all the pinching. I ended up with 15 lbs. Bullshit. I put out all the expense, funded the whole deal. spent my whole summer alone tending these babies, No one else came to help until flowering was well under way, and that was only to give me a break once in a while.

SO, this year i said fuck all them greedy bastards. It wasnt so much that they were greedy, but that they didnt appreciate any of it. If you work for 1 months and someone pays you 3 or 4 grand for sitting on your ass, smoking there dope, eating there food. Not this bullshit mexican staples yo see on TV grows, but new york, filet mignon, top sirloin steaks, Bar-B-Que, Even lobster a couple times ! not once in a while, but every night. Breakfast the same way. Ham, eggs, sausage, pancakes, french toast, ect...
You better be dam happy to get it. Work is work you ignorant shits. Well, anyway i digress. Just needed to vent.

And its ging well. Backyard is looking like it will produce close to same as the mountain did. One major difference is the expense. Gas, food, help, ect... we spent the $$$ this year on better soil ,nutrients , infrared surviellance system( so sick with internet moitoring & recording), fencing and a few firearms. Winchester sawed off 12 ga.( took the plug out so it now holds 6 shells). And get this firing order. The first 2 shells being fired have the #6 shot replaced with rock salt, ouch, the next 2 , 3&4 are double ought buckshot, and for the finale , 5&6 are 1 oz, deer slugs. Dont want to be on the bussiness end of that, do ya ? Plus we have S&W 40. cal with a Streamlight TLR-2 laser sight and hollow points. The laser sight is pretty sick too, integrated flashlight/laser so no fumbling for your flashlight in the middle of the night. A few (3) Remington semi-automatic 30-06 with 10 round clips. This is for ANY perpatrators of crime in the vicinity.

Ok, the soil i started with is from a local co. a manure, topsoil, potting soil mix . Im adding earthjuice, heavy harvest summerblend, growmore20-20-20 for veg 0-50-30 for flowering which im getitng ready to change nute's up.

I started with 14 strawberryblue clones from my private stock, i order seeds from attitude, these were from world of seeds legends collection. But 2 of my lower holes ended up with to much water collecting in them and those ladies died from root rot. Thats where you see the 30 gallon smart pots. 1 has a grape ape clone a little larger that the other pot. The second pot actually has 2 plants in it. They were tiny clones when i put them in 2 weeks ago, lol. But one is another grape ape and the other is "purple diamond" a local strain with unknown genetics except that it is gaurenteed to go prurple and be kush. So, i got it to try it. And they seem to be doing well. It just about time for 24/7 backyard sitting. And here we go. Ill try to post updates when they really start flowering.

  3. lookin nice man

one word of advice though with the handgun with the under-mounted light, while they are very convenient, they are dangerous and a no no. One of the things that was drilled into us during training was that if you are using a flashlight, hold it off to the side, cause most people see a light, and shoot at the light, and if its mounted right under the gun, that light is gonna be a killshot right into your face cause you probably have the sights lined up ready to take the shot yourself. Man, the joys of being issued NVG's over a flashlight were great :D I just wish u got to keep what you were issued in the army, lol

  4. Hey, thanks , you have a good point about the light, main reason for the light is so i dont shoot my wife. lol

  5. those are some bushes rite there

  6. Best home protection weapon in my opinion is still the gold ole shot gun, just the sound of it being pumped is intimidating enough to scare off most people not to mention that everyone is a marksman with a shotgun. As for the greedy people atleast you learned sooner then later that they are not the type to be trusted and invited back to help. A job is a job you abuse it, steal or do poorly and dont be expecting to come back is the way I look at it.

  7. so dope man, hope all goes well and you don't have to slaughter any intruders.

  8. Just a word from a fellow firearms enthusiast, For the 12 ga. stick with 00 buck and nothing else. It is what military and evert LEO agency from ATF to FBI uses. Good enough for them = good enough for us. Rocksalt is asking for trouble. If you shoot it is a use of deadly force and needs to be to stop a crime or an attack. You do not shoot to scare someone or wound them. You shoot to STOP them.
And a 30-06 is for 100+ yard shots. If they are 100 yards away I doubt they are a threat, unless they are already shooting at you...

And discussion of firearms is not permitted on this site...

  9. Thank you all. And yes, i hope it stays nice nad quiet around here. I really dont want to shoot someone, but wont think twice if they come in my yard. Back yard is completey fenced so the only way in is to "break & enter" the fence or through the house. But with the fence, camera's, dog and signs. a smart thief would just move on to the next grow and try an easier score. Are there really any smart thief's ?lol

  10. tried your link but it didnt go anywhere for me.

  11. But there is no hiding behind walls with a 30-06 blowing through them ! lol

And a couple more pictures. Not even August yet and im seeing sign's of flowering.:smoking:

  15. they look yummy already, they look longer then two weeks wow! wish mine looked like that there just as tall but i don't have the cali sunshine. yeah i know what you mean about people take advantage of a good thing had to give out my fair share last year and i don't really think they deserved it i've been doing this for 5 years now, you live and learn. well you learn to do things on your own! i don't trust anyone, not even myself sometimes. i guess they say it's a learning experience and i,you will learn something every year. sucks that someone took advantage of you wish i was there i would have been there day and night veg throght flower. it suck when you spend you whole summer in the bush and cant party or whatever all summmer like some. the rewards of a fat harvest alway snaps me out of my ignorace lol. hard work pays off in the end, even though i keep it all to myself. the strawerry sound delicious, making my mouth water. hope you have a happy harvest good vibes sent your way from maine :smoking::smoking:trans

:hello:Actually ive already harvested about half of my garden. The trichs were good and cloudy with a hint of amber . Alot of red hairs already and now thats it cured. It is stony and sweet. Really dont know how much better it can get, but im trying a different picking method. Waiting for the pistols to start to retract as the bud tightens up. The rest will be done by next week. I usually harvest this Strawberryblue in 45 days indoor. This has to be close to 10 weeks now outdoors, but it just keep getting bigger and better looking. And the purp is really getting dark purple.:smoke:
