2/3 of my order never came.

    3 days ago I received my order from the Grasscity shop. I ordered an precooler, a connector tube and a glass seamine. I only received the precooler.

    Does anyone know why this is?
    I placed a request in the support section right after I opened it and haven't heard anything back. I also PMed RMJL earlier today and haven't heard anything.

    sometimes some things are shipped from different distributors, i believe
