150W - Punk Ass Punks Grow - Dark Devil XL

   Hello growers! Thanks for checking out my thread/journal. For this run I will be growing in a custom made grow box, consisting of two tupperware mass storage boxes. The box is 4ft high and 2 ft wide. I'm using some training methods in this run, i'm trying LST and maybe if needed I can try  a micro SCROG set-up using chicken fence wiring I have.
 
   So, I'm in the North-East and we are approaching winter weather fast. I am growing indoors in  a barn that insnt insulated/heated. Right now my temps sit between 75-80. I am using a household intake/exhaust fan that you would place in your window as my exhaust, there is no intake but the exhaust creates air preassure that makes the fan next to it--which isn't on--have a passive air intake. In November my girl will be flowering and since temperatures drop I am expecting to see temps between 65-70 which would be ok for flower and will help bring out the purple in the strain I got!
 
   As for lighting I am using a 150W HPS with  a 23W CFL for side lighting. The heat displacement is adequete enough it seems and the light is about a foot away from my plants canopy. I don't plan on adjusting my light for this run so I'm doing so heavy duty bending when it comes to LST. I'm running my light 24/7
 
   The soil I decided to run with is Fox Farm Ocean Forest imended with compost which is derived of a bunch of organic matter. Mainly coffee grinds and banana and leaves/grasses. I water every 5-6 days with well water which is slightly neautral. My compost is a little acidic so it should take care of PH but im not paying close attention this grow to PH levels.

Alright guys, So it's day 26 for my girl here Mrs. Skunky. I will be setting up a mini SCROG to help the shoots grow up into it.
 
What would be a good home-made organic fertilizer I could use for flowering? I've been feeding with  a leafy/coffee compost. Anyway here is the girl, last week of vegetative growth.

Awesome, what strain are you running? And I will have to post pictures of the setup when I go out for another cigarette. It's two storage bins stacked, i'll show you, it's creative made of what I had available on the farm.
 
I may even find the ambition to set up the screen.

 

 
I'd be really interested to see how the Blue Cheese and Purple Kush come out, good luck! My girl is going to get some water in two days and by the 18th I want to start giving flowering nutes.... Need to find something organic online that I could make possible.

 

Thanks for the thread I am subbed! Here is a update on the grow, I set up the screen and she's growing nicely. Luckily for me the Guardians--the ladybugs--were able to defend off any insects for me when i checked up on them to take the photo.

You're right, I mistaked the strain of the seed. The Dark Devil is deff good with the stress.

 

Ok guys, So during LST yesterday my main top snapped, so I used some tape but I dont think it will work to be honest...
 
If I removed the top will all my other shoots below it grow just fine??

 

Heres a little update for you guys here. New growth is mainly pre-flowers and only have about a week left until full flower.
