would a 150 watt hps be enough light to veg and flower in a 2'x3' space? with a few plants in there how much wieght do u think i could be pulling per harvest?
you need atleast 50 watts per sq ft but it's recommended to have 100. You have 6 sq feet so you need atleast 300 watts.
150W is good for about 1.5x1.5 so if you used 2 of them you'll get good results. 2x3 space? If you use bubble buckets and scrog I would say between 3 and 6 ounces depending on how good a grow you run. Keep things simple by using the Lucas Formula for the hydro nutrients. It is EXTREMELY simple.. VERY effective and will allow you more time to spend learning about your plant's behavior patterns. You can read up on all this in one place HERE If you want to start with quality seeds and don't want to waste any money... go to the hardware store and pick up some pea seeds. Grow those. If you can keep those seeds sprouting and alive... you should be just fine with MJ seeds
