I've been using rhizotonic follicly on these plants and using bud candy and a few other nutrients, im wondering if this is some type of nutrient deficiency or overdose, ive never seen something like this before. Looks like it. I would make sure your PH is right first. if its over 6.5 its just locked out. Dont just add nutes cause you will burn it. If you dont have a meter or a bunch of chemicals, just put 2-3 drops of lemon juice in 1 gal of distilled water from the store, and water with that. Should knock it down some. Lemme know how the pH comes up
