Im about to start imto my 7th wk of flowering and i was thinking of changing my light cycle to 14hrs darkness 10hrs light instead of 12/12 to try and help the buds mature would this work or im i best to keep it the way it is
Unless you actually have a I got to chop by date, its not worth it, at best you shave a week off flowering time and loss a up to a 1/4 of your yield.
i've done just that for the last couple weeks of flower, it seemed to speed up maturation but i can't verify how much yeild i lost...but it did seem to help them finish earlier.
