    You might see 11:11 when there's a change in the matrix. 11 is the editor. (also the carnage dealer, but that's unfortunate)

    I see 11s whenever I think of my birthday... also when I'm wondering if my life is headed in the correct direction.

    It means a power outage occurred at approximately 11:11.
