I've got $1000 I've saved up to buy a brand new laptop for college! Only problem is, I know nothing about laptops so I need the best for my money, what should I get?
i would go on the dell or hp website(as i heard they both have quality laptops if you have the right things in them) and build your own with what you want in it.i hear you cant go wrong with a quality dell or hp, but im no computer genious. im sure another blade will be able to help you much more than i have

Heres a tip don't worry about getting the best OS if you have the know how (Very little) then you get it for free
Used mac? Haven't looked at the prices recently, maybe you could get one new. I don't own one myself but my sister has the new macbook and I gotta admit its pretty sweet
