$10 ticket for sagging pants?

they used to have that in my town. its just used so that they have a reason to stop u if ur looking suspicious and they dont have anything on u. alot of pot dealers around here got busted from a sagging pants ticket at the start then they found the pot.

I used to wear my jeans pretty loose back a few years but not anything to get a ticket over.

I don't wear a size small shirt either so even with baggy pants my shirt would cover my boxers.

We all thought it was "badass" to be a thug who doesn't give a fuck when we we're younger but it's time to grow the fuck up. You live in a society with people who don't wanna see your ass.

This law has been in effect in my town since like 1995.... but the fine here is 50$. It's like if your pants are two and a half inches below your waist then you're going to get a ticket. It might be lower, but I don't see how they could measure, or even enforce the law. Ive never heard of anyone getting busted here.
