Full plant picture? There's still plenty of time. Some strains don't even show pistils until 2-3 weeks. That's why you should harvest when it's ready, and not by some fixed schedule set in stone.

Towards the end of the flowering phase you will see them get nice and chunky. Right now they should just look like hairy monsters like mentioned. Keep trucking

 

I really don't know what the OP means. White pistils come out of calyxes which when clustered together form the buds.

 

These white things fatten out and create the bud. It's early days.

For the onlookers, it was originally a post showing nice healthy white pistil growth at week 3, and the OP was basically eager to know when the buds will form and whether there are any problems.
