Seeds - how long do they take to develop?

    How long do seeds take to develop after a female has been pollinated?

    about 4-6 week is what I read.

    Thanks! Further question:

    How long can you store seeds? What's the best method? Freezing?

    not sure on the actual time window, but I store mine in paper coin envelopes in a cool dark place and they last years. Have popped 3 year old seeds before.

    I would not freeze them, but that is just me.
