just had panda express and i feel like dookie! rop

  1. I had one item chow mein and a side of fried rice and orangee chicken

    translation...

    a bunch of starches, oil, and grease, oh and a few vegetables:hello::hello:


    The good thing is I did not have any unhealthy beverages I just had some water

    I didn't finish the chicken, so I pretty much ate a bunch of startches and stuff but my point is.. does anyone else feel like crap after eating panda or stuff like that? is there something u can drink right after it to like help digest it all instead of it all turning to fat?

  2. I feel very guilty because I ate half a veggie burger and a portion of fries for my dinner.
    I can see where you're coming from.

    I don't think there's anything you can drink that will stop fat being digested. :(
     
  3. I hate how I've been noticing this more and more lately.

    When I was younger I could eat anything and feel as if I'm on the top of the world.

    Now if I eat something high in fat or oils I feel like shit.. Why oh why?


    But more than likely it's just the cat meat in the chinese food. Us Americans just aren't quite adapted to digesting it yet.
     
  4. I feel bad when I eat pandas. They are endangered after all, but sooo good.
     
  5. Chinese food makes me feel terrible after I eat it. But it tastes so good.
