Yes, it matters. The admins/staff care. It may not get you banned NOW, but if you violate the rules you won't get much leniency. See the way we see it, if you signed up before you were 18 you really don't have any respect for our rules, which means that when you violate one later down the road, you won't just get a slap on the wrist due to your previous behavior


Edit: and yes, they have banned people who were underage when they signed up but later came of age.
