How do you wire 4 pin fans to power strip

  1. Been looking everywhere for a guide or a quick run through of what to do. All i understand is you can stripe the wires and strip the wires from a phone charger connect(soder) and then plug it in and it works. Will it work if more than one fan of wires is connected to charger? Also which wires you connect?
Sorry for not being able to find something helpful yet but anything in the right direction would be nice thanks.

  2. i know it works for 1 fan for sure idk about 2 if u want more fans get a computer power supply how i did mine was took the phone charger make sure its 12v then strip like half inch off both wires then take fan and strip half inch off both of those now it gets dangers alil be awear plug the charger in the wall and touch the to phone charger cords to fan cords if it spins the wrong way there back ward once u got what side is positive and negative then unplug out of walla twist the phone charger cords to the fan cords then electrical tape it or an electrical nut and there in there u go.

  4. I'd like to know the answer to this too, i've already rigged up a couple of fans but each one has its own plug. Also I noticed that the phone charger I used only has an output of 3.7V or something like that, so my fan is running slow, i'm off now to search my house for an adaptor with 12V output. I would imagine if you wanted to connect 2 fans to one mains adaptor you'd need the adaptor to output 24V (assuming your fans are 12V, mine are)...but i'm a noob so I wouldn't listen to me.
