There are LOTS of potential solutions but we don't know your situation or what you have at your disposal or what you are willing to purchase in order to allow them to survive colder temperatures.
I have covered my ladies with reemay and bed sheets. They survived like 28 degrees one night another two nights in low to mid 30s and tonight is another mid 30. One plant is a teeny tiny bit droopy and another is doing some funky stuff but they are all well and alive.
I have no doubt the cold would wreck little seedlings, but from personal experience (I'm sure it varies greatly between different plants) a mature lady late into flowering CAN survive a few overnight freezes and if the conditions are right. But don't plan on it getting any bigger, just nice to know if you'd like to ripen her up an extra week or so.
