    Might not be worth the effort. A cigarette rolling machine is like $4 and you can find them at almost any head shop or cigar shop.

    Roll the paper round proper shaped object, lick and stick. Insert folded thick paper for filter. Pour weed in, compress and twist.
    I use scissors.
