Pooping and peeing at the same time: Possible or Impossible?

Well if both were really loose due to a muscle relaxer and you had diarrhea it would happen. like before surgery.

I Shitinate (Shit + urinate? No? Not a good one?) all the times

 

Ive vomited and shat at the same time, luckily the tub was next to the toilet.
