How do i clean a wooden pipe?

I smoked outa my brother's wooden tobacco pipe and he gets drug tested because he's in the military so i dun goof'd. How do i clean a wooden pipe? Could i just smoke a couple bowls of pipe tobacco and be all clean because it's been deluded?

 

i didn't "jeopardize it" i sold it to him and he never really used it and he had to quit smoking. I talked to him today if he was going to smoke when he comes back and he said no, so i'll just keep it.
